There are defects such as scratches and cracks in the purchased product. What should I do?
Please bring your receipt to the store where you purchased the product and offer to return or exchange it.

The CD / DVD / Blu-ray Discs / Booklet / Case has been damaged.
We do not redistribute CDs / DVDs / Blu-ray Discs / Booklets / Cases or sell them individually.

Problems such as CD / DVD sound or video being stopped during playback, noise, or skipping is occurring.
* Check that there is no fingerprint or dirt on the reading surface of the CD / DVD.
* If there are fingerprints or dirt, the problem may be solved by gently wiping the disk from the center of the disc to the periphery with a soft cloth like a cloth for glasses.
* If there are no noticeable scratches, fingerprints, or dirt, there may be other causes such as the player lens being dirty.
* Please contact the manufacturer of the player you are using.

During DVD playback, the image stops or the sound is interrupted momentarily at the same point every time.
Depending on the player you are using, the image may freeze for a moment when switching from the first layer to the second layer on DVDs that display "Single Sided / Dual Layer". Normally, playback starts immediately. This phenomenon is not a defect of DVD.

CD / DVD cannot be played properly on PCs, game consoles, car navigation systems, etc.
Please play the CD / DVD using a dedicated player. DVD playback is not guaranteed on players without the DVD-Video logo. Check the DVD-Video logo on your player. For details, contact each hardware manufacturer.

When playing a CD on a PC or car navigation system, different artist names, titles, and song names are displayed.
This is not a CD defect. Character information such as artist names, titles, and song names are not recorded on the CD disc itself. For more information, please contact the manufacturer of the PC player or car navigation manufacturer that provides this information / function directly.

Blu-ray cannot be played.
Blu-ray Disc™ is manufactured to the latest standards. Therefore, you may not be able to play if your player is not updated to the latest version. The update method varies depending on the manufacturer, so please contact the manufacturer. If it is being played on a PC, please contact the manufacturer of the playback software.

I want the artist score and chord progression table. Can I get it?
We do not sell musical scores. Check out magazines with scores and chord progressions.

I want you to listen to my demo tape, what should I do?
We are accepting demo tapes at all times. For more information, please see Demo / Audition.
