钟伟明, 艺名Uncle Ming，马来西亚华人，出生于马来西亚沙巴州山打根城，在八个兄弟姐妹中排行第七。從小跟妈妈听中文老歌，跟哥哥姐姐们听西方流行歌曲， 如今的音乐灵感大多来自于小时候的耳濡目染。

中學时参加校园歌唱比賽拿過冠军。大學时来到新西兰，在新西蘭的奧克蘭華人歌唱比賽中首次尝试唱跳，拿下亞军。之后在2015年參加過中國好歌曲的海外选拔，与好友林忠卫组建的WOW组合拿到了当时比赛的季军。 

Uncle Ming喜歡各種不同種類的音樂風格，包括搖滾R&B, Hip Hop 說唱, EDM 电了音乐和民谣。 Uncle Ming 擅长的音域较广，有很溫暖很治愈的中低音，同时也有充满激情的高音和温柔的轉音， 唱歌时情緒到位，是一位難得的歌手。

Uncle Ming is a Malaysian Chinese singer, songwriter who grew up in Sandakan City in Malaysia and is the second youngest of 8 siblings. Since he was a child he was introduced to old Chinese music by his mother and Western songs from his brothers and sisters. Most of his recent works are inspired from his childhood.

He won first place in his middle school’s singing competition. During his college years, he was a runner up in the Auckland Chinese Singing Competition. He participated in the preliminaries of the third season of a Chinese reality talent show called Sing My Song with his good friend Tung Wei Ling and attained third place.

Uncle Ming engages in a variety of genres and styles including Rock, R&B, Hip Hop, EDM, and Folk music. Uncle Ming has a wide vocal range, warm and healing mid-bass, passionate high notes and gentle transitions. His singing brings forwards his inner emotions, he is a one of a kind singer.
